DelAWARE DisABILITIES HUB, provides resources for youth and young adults with special needs and disabilities during the transition years to help them reach their full potential. It’s also designed to assist teachers, social workers, transition coordinators, case workers, parents, families, caregivers, and professionals who support Delaware’s exceptional citizens. This is phase one of the website's development; DelAWARE DisABILITIES HUB will continue to grow as we reach out to serve more individuals in our State. The DelAWARE DisABILITIES website includes features to enhance accessibility. GACEC is affirmatively working on adding additional features.
